La base de la pelota fue una importante innovación: la separación limpia del fieltro y el caucho de las pelotas antiguas. Por lo que sabemos, ninguna otra empresa ha logrado este paso crítico. Esta innovación de Renewaball abrió la puerta a la primera pelota de tenis reciclable. Fue un avance importante para la sostenibilidad en todas partes, más aún cuando te das cuenta de la poco conocida pero bastante enorme huella ecológica de una pelota de tenis/padel y las enormes cantidades en las que se producen.
Esta primera pelota (2019) era principalmente una prueba de concepto: "¿Se puede fabricar una pelota de tenis a partir de pelotas de tenis?". Varias mejoras significativas en el proceso de producción han dado lugar a la actual gama de productos Renewaball: sustitución del fieltro de nailon por fieltro biodegradable puro, lana y algodón.. La pelota de tenis Renewaball está ahora homologada por la ITF. Además, hemos introducido la primera pelota de pádel circular aprobada por la IPF y la FEP.

Worked at TBWA\ Worldwide for over 27 years, mainly in CRM and data and had her own agency for 8 years as part of TBWA\ before she became a board member/partner of TBWA\Netherlands. In recent years she worked at tcc global as global lead sustainability and sr. consultant innovation, where she developed the sustainable strategy and helped mature several sustainable product ranges and global brands. She is CEO and founder of Renewaball, and is particularly involved in international partnerships, global brand development, hr, finance and day-to-day business.
Has been successfully working with his digital marketing agency, hyb Media, for 15 years, serving renowned clients such as Porsche, FILA, ASICS, Decathlon, Jever, and numerous cultural institutions like the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. With his team, he has implemented numerous marketing concepts and campaigns for sponsors and brands in the tennis world in collaboration with tennis network partners (tennisnet.com, tennis.de, ATP and WTA tournaments, etc.). At Renewaball, he is responsible for international marketing and sales, focusing on the global development and maintenance of retailers, shops, and partnerships.
With over 20 years of experience in logistics, primarily at Kuehne+Nagel, he has built a strong track record in operational excellence and innovation, culminating in his role as Global Innovation Manager. In 2023, he transitioned into independent consulting, bringing his expertise to emerging and growth-stage businesses. He started working with Renewaball, initially focusing on returns logistics and collection network optimization. Within a year, he expanded his scope to include fulfilment operations, successfully consolidating a multi-partner setup into a streamlined single-partner model.From 2026, he will assume full responsibility for Renewaball’s end-to-end circular supply chain. His focus is on establishing a lean, cost-efficient supply chain that is future-ready, while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day activities and shaping long-term strategic direction.
