Return Shipment
At Renewaball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Renewaballs. If you are not completely happy with your tennis or padel balls, we offer a simple return process.
Returns:
- You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the event of a defect with a Renewaball, we will of course be happy to send you a replacement.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team at customerservice@renewaball.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
- In the event of a defect with our balls, Renewaball can decide that returning the product is not nessecary.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-returnable Items:
- Items that have been opened or used (pressurised ball packs that have been opened) cannot be returned unless defective.
